Day 1

18/6/2024

Tuesday

Today was the first day of my phase 2 teaching practice at Govt Girls Higher Secondary School Karamana.I reached the school at 9:00 am and I marked my attendance at Headmistress room But I couldn't meet HM as he was absent today.Then after that I met my concern teacher. I enquired about the school bell timing today I had only one period as per my timetable at a first and second period I used to prepare some charts works and activity cards then at 3rd period there was a staff meeting so that I got a substitution class at 8A at that Havells I introduce the myself and asked the students to introduce themselves then after that interacted with the students to know the structure of the classroom interaction of students then when the bell rank at 11:50 a.m. I went to 10B class at 4th period,That class so beautiful and students breeds me a peaceful and happy in your mind in their classroom then after lens break 5th and 6th period was free for me then at 7th period I went to 8:00 a.m. for teaching the chapter one "Life mysteries in little chambers".I taught the "compound microscope and arrangement of light in a microscope ".Then at 3:30pm bell rang after the national anthem I leaved the school.

Day 2

Wednesday 

Today I went to school at 9:10 a.m.. then I find my attendance at headmistress home they are teachers are get preparing the students for the assembly.Today there is a special assembly related to reading day, inauguration of various clubs and introducing the headmistress, she took headmistress charge today. Then after that I had a class at 8A on 2nd period. Their I taught that topic preparation of "observation material". Then after that period was the interval for morning. Then at 3rd period there was a staff meeting so that teachers asked us to take some classes for incharge in the time of meeting. At that period ,I went to 10 a class there the students were quiet and rushed to know about me. So that I introduced myself. Then at the end of the period I given the some motivational thoughts and their tricks for studying biology. The 4th ,5th and 6th period was free for me. Then at 7th period I had a class in 9A full stop it was my first class in 9:00 a. So that I introduced myself and asked them to introduce theirself. Then after the introduction session. I just asked them about the biology portion covered by their teacher. Then I just revised and told some points to supplement the content.

Day 3

Thursday 

Today I went to school at 9:10 a.m. today I have only one period as per my timetable and I marked my attendance at headmistress room. Then I went to the room allotted for as. I have one period at class 8A division at 6th period. I spent the rest of the hours from morning to the afternoon by preparing teaching it and activity card. Then at 6:30 period I went to class 8. Their I thought discovery of the cell and milestone in the history of cell biology topic today. Then after that period Bell rank and it was the last interval time. My concern teacher informed about a substitution class on the last hour. That substitution class on the last period was at class 9C. So that after interval I went to class 9C and I taught that topic "metabolism" and the given some activity cards and notes for the. I used ICT as a teaching it today.

Day 4

Friday

Today I arrived school at 9:00 a.m.. then I went to HMS room for marking my attendance. Today I have only one period as per my timetable given by my concent teacher. Today was a special assembly for celebrating INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY. Assembly was ended on 10:05 a.m. I have a class at 9:00 a at 10:15 a.m.. on 2nd period today I thought the topic metabolism and in same and hormones in that class and given some notes. At 11:00 a.m. there was a yoga practicing section conducted on the school auditorium. That program was in that on 12 13 p.m. then trust of the hours were free for me students of class 9C and 8A came with notes from their class for correction. Then rest of the free period I use the time for correction. At 3:30 p.m. after the national anthem I went to home

Saturday

Today I went to school at 9:08 a.m. and marked my attendance. Today classes was held on the basis of two days timetable . As per my timetable I had only one period on 7th period at 8A class. Substitution classes were available today because of in our teacher trainees team in the school some of them were leaved school on afternoon for college purposes. So that I got a period at class 9 on 6th period. The morning Havells where free for me and I used to the time for chat preparation and checking the lesson plans. After the lunch break I prepared a PowerPoint presentation for taking class at 9A. Because I got that period unexpectedly and the managed it with the help of a powerpoint presentation. Then at 7th period I have a class at 8:00 a. But today classes over at 3:00 p.m. and all students are dispersed from the school.

Day 6

Monday

Today I went to school at 9:02 a.m. full stop then I market my attendance. As per the timetable I have no classes today. I used to first two period for completing the chart works. At 3rd period I got a substitution class at 9C and expectedly. Then there I taught the students with a projector because students didn't bring their biology textbook. There I thought the topic in Science and hormones then I gave them the activity cards .Then at lunch break we got to the cook house of the school for serving the lunch for students. Then rest of the period I used to complete the chart works and preparing teaching it today was as usually nice day . I completed some works of my teaching practice so that I used today's time more productive.

Tuesday

Today I went to school at 9:10 a.m. Then I market my attendance. Then I went to our room. As per the timetable today I have only one period at class 8A on 9th period. Rest of the house where free for me I used to the house free for preparing activity cards for the student and teaching it for upcoming classes but today there was KSU strike announcement there was held at school so that 2 days school classes wear ended by 12:00 p.m.. students where lived the school at 12:00 p.m. but as per the instruction of headmistress teachers and teacher training were scared in the school till 2:00 p.m.

Wednesday

Today I went it to school at 9:00 a.m.. then I market my attendance at headmistress room. Today was the INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST DRUG ABUSE. So that today there were many programs related to the world drug day was celebrated. It was scheduled on afternoon hours. As my timetable inform that, today I have two period at class 8 on 2nd period and class 9 on 6th period full stop celebration program I lost to the period at class 9. But I taught "cell organelles" topic at class 8A there was many programs of student such as skit ,songs ,pledge etc were performed by the students from 5th to 10th standard. At the last, teachers distributed the price for both winners and all the participants in the competition conducted as a part of Anti-drug club. Then at 3:30 p.m. Bell rang and after National anthem we lived of the school

Thursday

Today I went to school at 8:55 a.m. then I went to school school head mistress room for marking my attendance. Today I have two periods as per my  time table. First period was free for me. So I done some charts for teaching. Then at second period I had a class at 8A. There I taught the topic centre of the cell-nucleus and its structure. Then I gave them some activity and questions for their homework. Then after that period, rest of the hours where free for me and done my pending works for upcoming classes. Then at 3:30 p.m. last bell rang and after National anthem I leaved the school

Friday

Today I went to school at 9 a.m.. then I mark my attendance. Today I have only one period ask for my timetable which was at class 9 on 2nd period. The first period was free for me and I used that time for preparing in that period I taught the topic teaching method . Then at 10:10 a.m. Bell rank and I went to class 9A. On that period I thought the topic exchange of materials throw cell membrane. Then I gave some activity cards for them. Then at 11:00 a.m. well rank and I lived the class. Rest of the house today was free for me so that I used that time for studying, preparing chart, PowerPoint presentation etc. Then at 3:30 p.m. after National anthem I leaved the school.
